The final album by legendary Folk / Black Metal band "Windir". The title is ominously entitled "Burial" in sognal dialect (Norway). The singer, Valfar died in January 2004 of hyperthermia.
The painting used for the cover artwork is titled "Likferd at Sognefjorden" (1853) by Adolph Tidemand & Hans Gude.
