TRIGLAV's debut album is the blend of Sophisticated Black Metal, European folk music and neoclassic symphonic arrangements with fragments of Power Metal. Flutes and violin were used during the albums recording which noticeably strengthen the folkish atmosphere of the album. The addition of classical orchestral techniques from the Classicism and Romanticism epochs to the arrangements adds a true epic sound to the music.
Lyrics of TRIGLAV are devoted to the revival of primordial Vedic values of Ukraine/Oriana as well as of Greater Europe which are symbolically reflected in the album´s title "When The Sun Is Rising Above The Earth". It is important to note that there is a conceptual connection between the title track of the album and "Full Moon", which can be expressed as the dynamic equilibrium of day and night, Yav´ and Nav´, as laws of the Universe exist "on that side of good and evil", and in its turn is a corner stone of Indo-European Heathen tradition.
The poetry of "When The Sun Is Rising Above The Earth" is filled with deep respect and admiration for the battle glory of our great ancestors and pride of their force and honour. (adapted from website)
