Blackened Viking Metal. The latest release from Sweden´s Manegarm is Nattvasen or "Night Creatures" which has a darker feel than the band´s recent releases ("Vargstenen" and "Urminnes hävd: The Forest Sessions"), the melody is still there but somewhat submerged, and this album has a slower more dreaded feel which focuses on man´s fear of the things that creep in the night, dreams, mysteries and the unknown.
