Lord Wind is inspired by early folk music, music of the Middle Ages, and soundtracks. Lord Wind´s music is permeated by the true arcane ancestral spirit of omnipresent war, struggle and death. The Middle Ages, contrary to popular belief, was very much pagan. The people who created music during this era were inspired by significantly great things in which, for the most part, today´s modern people are unable to understand. The people from this past era were closer to their true human nature, and not polluted by the technical maladies of modern society. This ancient music was inspired by pagan beliefs and cultural traditions. Although Christianity tried to destroy it, the pagan spirit survived, and flourished within these proud people and was manifested through their art and music.
