Eluveitie's Vên which was released in 2008 was recorded when the band was still a studio project back in 2004.
The lyrics of the first two tracks of this mini-cd are in a reconstructed form of the Celtic language of Gaulish, and the music for both are traditional Breton pieces, D'Vênritû Agâge D'Bitu a whistletune and Uis Elveti based on a mariner song.
Musically this release is faster and heavier than Spirit, but with the same folkish style Eluveitie is known for.
